These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Calendar Weather apps for iPhone and Apple Watch and this website. By using Calendar Weather you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
What Calendar Weather does
Calendar Weather shows the hourly rain forecast alongside your calendar and suggests dry time windows for your activities. Forecasts are provided by Apple WeatherKit. Weather is inherently uncertain: the app is a planning aid, not a guarantee. Do not rely on it for decisions where inaccurate weather could cause harm.
Subscription & free trial
Calendar Weather is an auto-renewable subscription. Any free trial and current pricing are shown in the app before you purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews automatically and your Apple Account is charged for the next period.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, which permanently removes your account and its associated data.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the app: no reverse engineering except where permitted by law, no attempts to disrupt the service, and no use that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Disclaimers & liability
Calendar Weather is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including as to the accuracy or availability of weather data. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.
Apple standard EULA
Unless we have provided a custom end-user license agreement, your license to use the app is Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies in addition to these Terms.
Changes & contact
We may update these Terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: support@calendarweather.app.
